Community Policing Unit will be hosting a 3 hour
Self Defense Workshop for Women.
10 participant maximum per workshop.
Requirements: Healthy enough to perform physical activities,
Must wear comfortable shoes and clothing,
Must bring a towel and water,
No Jewelry or valuables permitted.
