The Services Division of the Hillsborough Township Police Department is commanded by Lt. Jim McConnell.
The division consists of the Training/Community Policing Bureau and the Traffic Bureau . The division, when at full strength, has two Sergeants assigned to it, as well as six Patrol Officers and one civilian employee. Sgt. Mark Besser supervises the Training/Community Policing Bureau and the Traffic Bureau supervised by Sgt. Darren Powell .
