The Administrative Division is comprised of five full time employees and seven part time senior volunteers. Lt. Victor Kubisch heads the division, while a Corporal serve as the Police Departments Information Technology Engineer. There are also two civilian Police Specialists and a secretary assigned to the Administrative Division.
The Division provides support for the entire department and also performs a number of specialized functions including implementing and maintaining the current fleet of thirty-five vehicles, police computers, the radio system, security system, and detention facilities. The Division also oversees departmental purchases, building maintenance, fingerprinting for background investigations, the application process for new employees, written policies/procedures, and the Records Bureau.
The Records Bureau is responsible for filing, maintaining, and the distribution of police reports and records for the general public, including attorney's who request discovery. The seven senior volunteers assist the Records Bureau on a part time basis.
The Records Bureau is open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm and can be reached at (908) 369- 4584. If requesting a police report or other document, please provide the Records Bureau with the HTPD case number.
