DEA's Operation Take Back - Saturday October 22nd

HTPD will be participating in the Drug Enforcement Administration's "Operation Take Back" program to dispose of unused, unwanted, and expired medicine from your homes.  The event will take place on Saturday October 22nd from 10am - 2pm at the municipal complex.  Syringes and other sharp objects will not be accepted.

Do you know someone with an Opioid addiction?  The Hillsborough/Millstone Municipal Alliance Will Host Free Narcan Training For Anyone that is Interested.

Are held at the Hillsborough Fire Company # 2 located at 375 Route 206 Hillsborough NJ on the 1st Saturday and 3rd Wednesday of each month. 

1st Saturday Hours: 10am - 1:30pm

3rd Wednesday Hours: 3pm - 6pm

            Project Medicine Drop

The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has developed Project Medicine Drop as an important component of its effort to halt the abuse and diversion of prescription drugs. It allows consumers to dispose of unused and expired medications anonymously, seven days a week, 365 days a year, at "prescription drug drop boxes" located within the headquarters of participating police departments.

The Hillsborough Township Police Department is a particpating agency in Project Medicine Drop.  A medicine drop box is located in the lobby at Police Headquarters and is available 24/7 365 days a year.
